Pushups represents one of the most personal and collaborative projects created alongside AJANI JONES. While many of our productions were developed through connections made at Zoetic Music Management, this project stood on its own as a reflection of the creative trust and working relationship we had built over time.

Led by AJANI's creative direction, the project was approached with a simple philosophy: great ideas matter more than expensive equipment. Together, we served as co-directors, working through concepts, visual execution, and storytelling while remaining focused on creating something authentic to the energy of the record.

My primary role on the project was editing, helping shape the final visual through pacing, structure, and creative choices in post-production. One of the most memorable aspects of Pushups is that the entire lyric video was captured on an iPhone, demonstrating that compelling content can come from creativity, preparation, and collaboration rather than the size of a production budget.

The finished piece serves as a reminder that some of the strongest creative work begins with a clear vision, a willingness to experiment, and the confidence to make the most of the tools available.
